Video sync tasks

Video sync tasks let your store automatically fetch new videos from social media on a recurring basis, so your video library always stays up to date without manual imports.

Video sync tasks help you automatically download videos from social media, such as an Instagram profile, TikTok profile, Instagram hashtag, or TikTok hashtag. Once a sync task is set up, our app keeps checking the source and imports new matching videos for you automatically.

To manage your sync tasks, go to Videos > Video sync tasks.

Listing

Search by username and hashtag

Quickly find a sync task by searching for its username or hashtag.

Filter by source

Narrow down the list by source: Instagram hashtag, TikTok hashtag, Instagram username, or TikTok username.

Delete a sync task

Remove a single sync task that you no longer need.

Delete multiple sync tasks

Select multiple sync tasks at once and delete them together.

Manual sync

Trigger a sync task manually whenever you want to fetch new videos right away, without waiting for the next automatic run.

Add a new sync task

Click Add video sync

From the Video sync tasks page, click the Add video sync button.

Enter the sync task information

Source: choose Instagram hashtag, TikTok hashtag, Instagram username, or TikTok username.
Target: enter the corresponding hashtag or username you want to sync from.

Once saved, the app will automatically sync videos from this source going forward.
